Delivery within Germany: 2-5 business days, although it is often shorter!

International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes (including VAT). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery imposed by your country of residence. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.


You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. This will be sent to you via email, along with a link to follow the progress of the delivery. You will be able to verify the location and expected delivery date of your order at all times.  


We hope you are happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Before requesting a return, please make sure the product complies with all the following conditions:

  1. The Product must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original box and dust bag – we are unable to offer a refund on products that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.
  1. We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

We would also appreciate your reason for returning your item(s), as it would help us to improve our service.

Shipping your return is free of charge within the EU and Switzerland. For returns outside the EU, the return costs need to be paid by the customer.


Insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and close the package securely.


Wait for our confirmation email, print the return label and attach it to the package.


Drop the package off at your local post office (DHL).


Once we have received the package, we will confirm its receipt.


Once your return has been checked by our team, you will receive a confirmation email accepting or rejecting the returned item(s).

If we approved, we will refund you as quickly as possible – please note this process may take 2-7 business days. 

The refund is issued directly to the payment method the original purchase was made and in the same currency. Shipping costs will not be refunded in case of returns.

If your order was placed within Europe, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside Europe, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover the duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
